How we manage bookings
Online bookings go through Booking.com (with secure payment on the platform) or via WhatsApp and telephone for packages, events, corporate stays and tailored enquiries.
Before we confirm a lodging stay on WhatsApp, we always check availability on the Booking.com calendar and block the dates by hand in the extranet to avoid double bookings.
For groups, events or several bungalows, WhatsApp is usually the quickest route: we will advise you and explain the best way to confirm the booking.
