For weddings, communions, birthdays and celebrations on the estate we work with Azurea Catering, a Ciudad Real company specialised in reinterpreting traditional La Mancha cooking with a contemporary, creative, high-quality approach.
Azurea designs exclusive menus that can be adapted to each occasion — from cocktails and banquets to corporate service — with nearby produce and a professional team that knows the spaces of Los Collados de San Miguel thoroughly.
Catering is quoted independently of the estate hire. We advise you so that dates, set-up and logistics can be coordinated with Azurea’s team.
