Flavours of La Mancha

Dining

Cooking rooted in tradition and the produce of our land. A sensory experience in the countryside.

Traditional La Mancha cuisine at Los Collados

We believe in a table based on tradition and the produce of our land.

A unique sensory experience

Tasting typically La Mancha dishes that keep, in their essence, the passage of the centuries and the flavour of history.

(Don Quixote, Ch. LXVII, Part II)

Moments that stay with you

Among centuries-old olive trees, evening light and a table that speaks of La Mancha, the estate invites you to slow down and enjoy what matters.

A carefully laid table at Los Collados de San Miguel

Finca Los Collados de San Miguel is not only a place to spend the night: it is a refuge in Campos de Montiel where the silence tastes of the fields, the nights smell of woodsmoke and every corner is designed so that you feel welcome from the first minute.

At the table we recover traditional La Mancha cooking with nearby produce, the season and a care that shows in every detail — the china, the presentation, the signature dessert — with the seal of the estate, our dining partner on the estate.

In the morning, a walk among olive trees; at midday, shade on the porch; at dusk, a glass looking out over the La Mancha horizon. Whether you come as a couple, as a family, with your company or with your pet, you will find space here to switch off without giving up on things done well.
